Lynn Cosgrove is the Executive Administrator at the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library. She was originally born in New York but moved to Tralee, Co.Kerry, Ireland as a child. She moved to Arizona for a change of scenery in 2018 without knowing anybody out here!
Her heritage is directly on her mothers side who was born and raised in Ireland and later moving to New York in the 80’s to meet her future husband and Lynn’s father. Having spent 20 years of her life in Ireland, moving permanently back to the states to start a life is a big deal.
She competed in the 2020 Arizona Colleen Competition which catapulted her into the Irish community and into a new career.
She studied photography in Co.Cork and enjoys capturing life’s beautiful moments. In her free time, she loves to read, travel (she has been to several countries), practice photography and find new places to eat or get coffee.
