Utilizing genealogical software, publishing your family history becomes a reality. This workshop will provide an overview of the process of discovering, recording, and publishing a your Irish family history. In addition to research techniques, this workshop will identify options for the selection of genealogical publishing software based on individual needs.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to discover the necessary family genealogical information
- How to utilize a genealogical software package to record information & sources
- How to organize and publish a quality family history

Volunteer Staff Genealogist
Miles Davenport has over 17 years of genealogy research experience. In 2010, he published his own colonial family history spanning over ten generations. He has been published in The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record and taught advanced genealogical courses at the Scottsdale Public Library. Miles is currently a volunteer staff genealogist at the McClelland Irish Library.

Each workshop costs $15 for Library/ICC members and $20 for the general public
