Jeffery “Digger” Barnes 

Jeffrey “Digger” Barnes is originally from Maine but grew-up in the Hawthorne, California and Phoenix, Arizona areas. His Irish heritage on his maternal side originated in County Cork (Murphy) and his paternal side from County Waterford (Barnes, Morrison and others.) He attended university at Arizona State. Jeff has two grown children, Patrick and Erin, and a Pug named Dizzy. When Jeff isn’t working he enjoys playing, watching and coaching sports, loves to travel and be with his family.

Jeff is a 34-year pioneer of the telecommunications and technology industries. He started in 1983 during the divestiture of the AT&T/Bell monopoly. He has worked for large Telecommunications conglomerates such as AT&T, Sprint and IDT Corporation as well as start-ups and regional corporations. In addition to Founder and President of Triple Digit Communications, Jeffrey has flourished in many roles including Sales Leadership (President, Vice President, Director, Manager, Channel Management as well as Individual Contributor roles). Jeffrey’s experience has been focused in several disciplines of the telecommunications and technology industry including: UCaaS (Unified Communications), Cloud, Collaboration, AV/Video, Fixed & Mobile Wireless, Fiber Construction, Broadband IP, WAN Dev, Voice & Data, and more.

Jeff has been involved in the Arizona Irish Community for several years including being a past member of the ICLF Board of Trustees which included two terms as the Treasurer. He is one of the Founding Board Members of INAZ (Irish Network Arizona) as well as a Past President. A past President of E.R.I.N. (Executive Resources for Irish Networking) as well as multiple volunteer work with and at the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Irish Library.
