Jennifer Talerico

Jennifer (Hardy) Talerico is a technology executive having spent nearly 3 decades in roles of increasing responsibility spanning functions in supply chain management & procurement, media/marketing/communications, as well as strategy & operations, predominantly at Intel Corporation.  She was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Arizona for 2023.

Her aunt, Glenda Walker, an ICLF founding member, introduced Jennifer to the Irish community, and shared the best stories of her travels to Ireland.  Once at Intel, Jennifer had her first opportunity to visit Ireland, partnering closely with Irish peers, sparking a love for the culture and countless future visits.

Subsequently, her daughter Lainey would choose competitive Irish dancing as her sport, making it to the North American National Championship before retiring.  Along the way, Jennifer had the opportunity to co-chair the Bracken School of Irish Dance annual Feis in the Desert multiple times, while also launching the inaugural Dancing in the Dust Feis.

Jennifer has served on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, named one of the best children’s museums in the country, along with the board of the Damhsa Irish Dance Company. She is excited to now be joining the ICLF Board of Trustees to continue to learn and grow while giving back to the community.

In her spare time Jennifer loves to travel with her family – husband Jim, University of Arizona senior Lainey, and Arizona State University sophomore Zach.
