Down Under Comedy Phoenix

On Friday April 12th comedians from Australia, the USA and around the world will bring you a night of laughs as we convert the Irish Cultural Center in Downtown Phoenix into a “true blue, dinky-di” Aussie comedy club! A bevy of awesome Aussie tucker (that’s “food” for the non-Aussies!) from the Az Pie Guys will be available and a bar will be open serving beer and wine to keep you hydrated!

 

DAN GREEN, (The Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv) join the former bouncer, late night fixer and rugby coach as he takes you on a journey through his first five years struggling as an Australian comedian in Los Angeles. From living in his car during the pandemic to doing standup in L.A.’s greatest comedy clubs, his unflinching reflections on two decades adjusting to life in America will have you in stitches! You can see him on his Facebook series “Are You My Vegemate?” and his podcast highlighting emerging comics called “The Verbal Gym”.

 

CHRIS KIDDER (The Hollywood Improv, The Icehouse Comedy Club) is a comedian based out of Los Angeles, CA. Over the years, Kidder has lived many lives; he was in the Army, travelled the country, became a tattoo artist, married his best friend, had children, lost a battle at a Starbucks drive-thru, and now shares his stories on stage. If he’s not on stage making the crowd fall in love with his adventures, he can be found somewhere misguiding his children.

 

ADAM FYNKE (The Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv). With Adam’s bold jokes and warm demeanor he has received millions of views online, tours across the country, and has been accepted into The Hollywood Laugh Factory’s Fresh Faces program.
