ICLF Support Staff

$25.00 per Hour, per Staff Member

Charge is per each Staff per hour. Events with over 100 attendees will require 2 or more Support Staff. Charge begins when Renter or Renter’s vendors occupy the facility.

Set-Up Fee

Charged when rental duration is 1 hour or more

Damage Deposit (Refundable)

$150.00

Refunded after inspection of premises following event. Refunded within 10 business days after the event.

Cancellation Fee
(6 hour Rental)

$100.00

Charged if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to event. No Deposit Refund will be made if the rental is cancelled within 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Fee
(Less than 6 hour Rental)

2 Hrs Rental Fee

Charged if cancellation is received 7 days prior to event. No Deposit Refund will be made if the rental is cancelled within 7 days prior to the event.

Outside Equipment Rental

Vendor fee we will do this as a service

Due at time of Reservation or final quote from outside vendor.

Security Service

$40.00 per hour per officer. One officer per 100.
