Performance Anxiety is the most common phobia in the United States. It’s often called “stage fright”, but if life truly is a stage, anyone whose activity brings them to the attention of an audience, however large or small, can experience performance anxiety. Performance Anxiety is most commonly experienced as a fear of public speaking.

Performance anxiety can find it’s way into many areas of our lives:

  • Public Speaking
  • Sports
  • Music
  • Dancing
  • Business Presentations
  • Business Goals
  • Exam/Tests

Performance Anxiety is very treatable. However, many people just suffer with it, with all the limitations and negative emotions it imposes. They either don’t realize help is available; they fear they can’t be helped; or they think it will be too hard.

EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique.
While everyone’s situation will vary in some ways, EFT will greatly reduce and in a lot of cases, eliminate performance anxiety all together. EFT is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. Stimulating the major meridian points by tapping on specific areas of the body and head provide similar benefits to that of Acupuncture, but faster!
