The Emerald Isle Society of Tucson is excited to host the 15th annual Emerald Ball March 6th, 2010 at the Skyline Country Club. This event features Irish step-dancing performances including acclaimed Riverdance lead Michael Pat Gallagher, Los Angeles Celtic band The Mulligans, silent auction, and raffle for round trip airfare to Ireland. Black Tie Optional. Proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Tucson Alliance for Autism.
Since it’s inception. this annual event has raised over $228,000 for local charities including the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Southern Arizona, Ronald McDonald House, Ulster Project, Tucson Alliance for Autism, Irish Step-dancers of Tucson, Project YES, Tucson Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, Irish Cultural Scholarship Fund, Tucson Community Food Bank, Tucson Celtic Festival, Tucson Friends of Traditional Music, ALS Association, and Primavera Foundation.

St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival: Running with the Irish
Sunday – March 14, 2010
Armory Park
10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The culminating event will be Tucson St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival.  The Festival will begin at 10 a.m. at Armory Park – The Parade through downtown will begin at 11a.m.   The Festival will include a kids’ play area, food, beer and all things Celtic for purchase.
