September 26 – Sunday
• Flight, US Airways 250, Departs Phoenix at 8:55 A.M.
Arrive in Philadelphia at 4:49 P.M.
• Flight, US Airways 754, Departs Philadelphia at 6:20 P.M.
Arrive in Paris, France at 7:55 A.M. (September 27)
September 27 – Monday
• Arrival and Transfer to Hotel Plaza Elysees from CDG Airport
• Free morning and afternoon, to rest, tour or shop
• Choice of a dinner at the Lido or a dinner cruise
September 28, 2010 - Tuesday
• Daytrip to Giverny and Versailles with lunch and English speaking guide
• Evening: TO BE CONFIRMED – Reception hosted by US Ambassador
September 29 – Wednesday
• Free morning and afternoon to shop or tour on your own
• Evening: TO BE CONFIRMED: Corporate dinner hosted by Veolia
Transportation
September 30 thru October 4 – Anniversary visit in Grenoble
September 30 (Morning transfer to the airport for flight to Lyon
• Arrival in Lyon and transfer to the Park Hotel in Grenoble
The City of Grenoble and the Phoenix Sister Committee in Grenoble will
coordinate the program for the visit.
Scheduled activities may include:
• City tour
• Welcome reception
• Courtesy meeting with Dr. Michel Destot, Mayor of Grenoble and City of
Grenoble officials
• Business meetings and/ or touring
• Phoenix – Grenoble 20th anniversary Reception and/or Dinner
• Shopping and touring based on pre-identified interests
• Wine and Cheese Tasting
• Activities arranged by Grenoble – Phoenix Committee
• Free time to pursue individual interests
• Farewell reception -- 20th Anniversary
October 4, 2010 – Monday
• Early morning: Transfer to the Lyon Airport, Depart for Paris CDG Airport.
• Flight, US Airways 755, Departs Paris at 11:40 A.M. Arrive in Philadelphia
at 2:04 P.M.
