Patricia Prior, Executive Director of the Irish Cultural Center and Sean Prior, Board Member of the Irish Cultural Center, will present a visual tour of the Center, the Heart of the Celtic Community.  The mission of the Irish Cultural Center is to provide a link between the people of Arizona and the people of Ireland and other Celtic cultures.  The Priors will review the programs, classes, festivals, exhibits and special events which are held at the Center, including history, music, art, dance, literature, drama, crafts, language, travel, sports and traditional activities.  As a special treat, a short video will be shown featuring the Irish Cultural Center Library, currently under construction, which is dedicated to preserving the Irish and Celtic Cultures.  The Library will feature an extensive collection of Irish and Celtic books, manuscripts, paintings and photographs spanning from the classics to the modern writers.  Also, The Irish Cultural Center Library will hopefully be the leading Irish Genealogical Research Center west of the Mississippi, with tools and resources to discover your heritage.  We look forward to having you join us for this exciting evening!
